Late order

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

1.The product is not available: There is the case that your order has been out of stock and has not been aware of its availability. In this case we will contact you for all the alternatives or cancel the order without charging you.

2.In times of extreme weather or strikes, and in any event of force majeure, which can affect the transport and delivery of your order.

3.If a problem occurs on your order, or in connection with the product or in relation to the payment or because the information you have entered is not properly updated and it is impossible to contact you (by phone or e-mail).

Returns - Changes

The return costs are charged to the client and it is for Greece 4 euros return and 4 euros for sending the new product. Changes during the sales period are only with the current price values.
If for example you bought a product for 20 euros before sales and you return it during the sales period, you can change it only with the current new value it will have during the sales period. You always keep the right for refund if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase. Cancellation - Return - Replacement Products
